Rooms were not cleaned by check in time and was downgraded to a standard room with a late check out comp. The standard room had candy wrappers on the floor and the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body soap were empty. Valet gave no instructions to validate ticket and was charged for complimentary valet $25. While eating at Taps we were informed of a 20 min wait even though only half the tables were full. Food came out quickly but was a 25 min wait to get a beer I ordered. The pool area didn’t have any towels, robes, or slippers that were to be supplied to guests as they were being washed for 2 days. Casino tables are all $25-$100 tables and the majority of the slots are unclear on the credits played/$wagers. Majority of the staff were uncooperative, unavailable, or uninformative. No microwave or fridge in rooms but do have mini bars. Steam room, sauna, and hot tub are located in locker rooms so they are not co-ed. Over all experience was about a 1/5 due to the Nice amenities, however unstaffed/unsupplied.

Had a great stay. Won some money. FYI. If you stay. Definitely have valet park your vehicle. It is a long walk to the parking garage from motel room. Definitely will be back. Don’t touch the drinks n your mini fridge unless you want to pay for them. I mean DONT touch them. lol.
