Toliet was filthy when we arrived with pee and hairs on top and poop and rust stains in the bowl and the beds look unmade with a blanket just thrown over the bed. Also saw roaches. Asked for our money back and said it will be refunded to Expedia. Front desk was very helpful and did give us a new room but the second rooms bathroom was also bad. But when we saw the roaches we were out of there.

The room smelt horrible like mold and musty. The air conditioning was very loud. The pool was shutdown for maintance. The toilets chain kept getting stuck open. When we first arrived in the room there was urine and toilet paper in the toilet. Overall not happy, with there being that in the toilet I’m assuming the room was not cleaned properly.
