beds were clean and comfortable. but the hot water in the bathroom, had to be turned on, and there was a delay in the warm water to take a shower at night, and again in the morning, the faucet handle was loose and hard to adjust. there was a leak under the sink vanity, and went all over the tile floor, and we stepped in it and got socks wet. we wiped it up with towels, and the white towels were quite black with dirt from the floor.

Need better customer service skills!
I booked this room for a family member in town for a night. Everything was fine except for the lady at the front desk. She was very rude and condescending. I did not appreciate her judgemental attitude.
