Incredible disappointed with our stay. We have been to this hotel multiple times and never have experienced it like this. Most rooms did not have running water - including our room. Cadets from the school we were supporting could not shower. When we did have water, it was only cold water at a trickle but no hot water. There were no extra blankets. Breakfast was awful. At $236 a night, it is outrageous to have this experience.

The room was ok, not the quality we expected for what we paid. Upon the check in the person responsible for checking us in was not there and someone else gave us the key to our room. Within a few minutes we received a phone call directing us to come downstairs to paid some kind of "incidental" deposit (mind you, I prepaid for the room when booking it). TV remote didn't work and we had to call the front desk to come and fix it (turned out it was the way TV was installed). Next morning I came down for breakfast at 9 am and there was NOTHING served. One of the coffee machines didn't work and wasn't marked as such. Took a few minutes to make my cup. Overall, I felt we deserved better for the price.

We really enjoyed our stay.We would certainly come again.The staff was very nice.We especially appreciated the lady over the breakfast.She was so pleasant and helpful.We would come back just for the delicious breakfast.You can eat as much as you want and there is a grab bag to take something back to your room.We would recommend Holiday Inn Express to others.Check-in and check-out were a breeze.The manager allowed us to check in an hour early so that we would not be late for out event.That alone meant so much to us.Thank you.

Checking in was easy. Room was clean and just what we needed. A/C could've been better, esp overnight. Just about every time it "kicked" on, it startled me awake. Pool was nice but cold for an indoor pool! Breakfast was excellent!!
