Cette propriété est un petit coin de paradis. Le propriétaire est chaleureux et gracieux. La vue est à couper le souffle. L’appartement a tout ce dont on a besoin et est très calme et paisible. Espérant revenir l’année prochaine.

Modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung und wunderbarem Garten. Blick aufs Meer und alten Hafen in Douarnenez unübertrefflich. Für Paare ideal, mit Kindern zu klein. Kinderzimmer eher als Abstellraum nutzbar und Badezimmer sehr eng.Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

Tolle Lage und Aussicht, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter! Besonders schön der Fußweg durchs Wäldchen entlang nach Douarnenez. Und Douarnenez ist ein tolles Städtchen! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

un petit coin de paradis à Dournenez

nous avons passé un excellent séjour, notre hôte était très accueillant et avait tout mis en place pour que notre séjour soit agréable. Le lieu est exceptionnel avec une vue sur la baie de Douarnenez à couper le souffle...Le soleil était au rendez vous et nous a permis de faire des photos de couches de soleil sur la mer incroyable !! A refaire sans hésitation...que la Bretagne est belle !

Séjour très agréable dans une belle maison

Maison très chouette et très bien équipée. Nous y avons passé 8 jours de novembre sous un temps doux mais parfois frais. Les radiateurs ont été bien utiles, de même que la terrasse où nous avons pu boire notre café sous les couchers de soleil. Jérôme a été très accueillant à notre arrivée et durant notre séjour. Il a également préparé la maison pour qu'on s'y sente parfaitement bien. Bon à savoir : la maison se trouve à environ 30 min à pied du premier port/des poissonniers mais aussi du centre-ville. Et ça grimpe pas mal ! Pour aller à la mer, 5 min à pied sur une bonne descente (donc une belle montée au retour). Je précise pour les personnes qui peuvent avoir des difficultés à se déplacer. Un endroit idéal pour se retrouver entre amis ou en famille, c'est certain.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einem tollen Meerblick

Leider gab es in dem 2. Schlafzimmer kein Fenster. Wir hatten nicht viel Glück mit dem Wetter, von daher war die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit in der Wohnung deutlich spürbar.

Vlak aan zee, heerlijk huis

Het huis is compleet, ligt vlak bij zee, wat hoger dus je moet even omlopen, maar hele mooie uitzichten. Slapen gaan en wakker worden met het geluid van golven maakt alles heel ontspannen. Douarnenez is een leuk stadje met alle voorzieningen. De locatie leent zich heel goed voor uitjes.

Ein sehr, sehr teurer Albtraum

Die positiven Punkte vorweg: Tolle Aussicht, korrekt angegebene Ausstattung, gepflegt, schnelle Kommunikation Negativ: ausgebauter, niedriger, dunkler Keller - 2,10 Metern Zimmerhöhe. Beim Einzug ein komischer Geruch. Wir lüfteten gleich bei Ankunft stark. Wir hatten vorweg geklärt, dass wegen bestehender Allergien auf Duftsprays und Duftkerzen verzichtet wird. Die Bettwäsche wurde offenbar immer mit Weichspüler getränkt, und nicht ausgespült. Davon rochen Matratzen, Kissen und Betten. Uns reizte es die Atemwege, asthmatische Beschwerden. Wir zogen die Bettwäsche ab. Wir überzogen das Kopfkissen mit einer Regenjacke. Umzug ins Wohnzimmer und Kinderzimmer (es hat kein Fenster) Aber: im Wohnzimmer läuft die ganze Nacht ein lärmendes Aggregat. Im Kinderzimmer roch es modrig. In der Wand von Kinderzimmer + Wohnzimmer laufen Wasserzuleitungen und Wasserableitungen. Das heißt die Badgänge der oberen Mieter hörten wir. Wir konnten die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen und kontaktierten am nächsten Morgen den Vermieter. Denn ein weiterer Aufenthalt wäre nicht möglich gewesen. Der Vermieter erwartete von uns, dass wir Bettwäsche kaufen sollten. Wie soll eine Bettwäsche den Gestank aus Kissen und Matratze abhalten, wenn es nicht mal eine Regenjacke tut? Eine Einigung oder Rückzahlung oder Teilrückzahlung schloss er kategorischh aus. Wir bekamen von unseren 786 Euro für 6 Nächte keinen einzigen Euro zurück, obwohl die Wohnung für uns unbenutzbar war.

Atemberaubender Blick

Die Lage der Wohnung mit umwerfenden Blick auf die Bucht inkl. vieler Sonnuntergänge ist hervorragend! Man ist zu Fuß in gut 30 min im Zentrum. Auch die Kommunikation mit Jérôme war perfekt und unkompliziert (auch auf Englisch möglich), ebenso wie die sehr gute Ausstattung (lediglich das fehlende Fenster im Kinderzimmer könnte man bemängeln). Auch das Auto stand gut und sicher im Carport. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Eine tolle Wohnung!
