Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming sea-view flat for rent in the town of Douarnenez, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a swimming pool. It measures 65 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the 3rd floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with shower and bath). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living area with a TV, two sofa beds and a dining area…
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with two single beds
- A bathroom with shower and bath, toilet

Outdoors:
- A shared, heated swimming pool, open from 15 June to 15 September, 10 am to 8 pm during the summer months. Parasols and sun loungers are provided for residents.

Accueil très sympathique, par la dame en charge des arrivées.Vue sur la plage très appréciée.L'agencement de l'appartement est parfait. A quatre c'est idéal, la salle de bain est grande. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Merci d'accepter les chiens, le notre s'est régalé. A Pâques c'est la meilleur saison pour les toutous. Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la piscine qui n'était pas encore opérationnelle à cette époque de l'année, mais avec le beau temps, les bains de mer dans c'est encore mieux et très vivifiant.Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir,Anne-Sophie
