Guests will have full private access to Chadwick Townhome. Access provided via smartlock system using a secure pin code that will be sent prior to arrival.

Chadwick is a two story 2 bedroom/2.5 bath townhome. It was fully renovated in early 2023. Both bedrooms have queen beds. There is an additional fold out bed as well for your convenience.

Getting around couldn't be easier. You are 15 minutes from the airport and only moments from all your shopping, dining and entertainment needs. We provide designated parking for two cars as well as plenty of on-street parking. If you are in town for golf, baseball, tennis or are a travelling medical professional... Chadwick is in the heart of it all.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, Instapot, cooking utensils and spices. We provides the essentials to get you started (towels, paper products, detergent, coffee, creamer, etc.). If you'll be with us for more than a few days, we are conveniently located near shopping where you can resupply.

Stream your favorite shows on any of the three Roku televisions, relax in the sunroom or enjoy the outdoor dining space.

We are dog friendly. Maximum of two dogs allowed. All dogs must be house trained and should not be left unattended at the property unless crated. Please keep dogs off of furniture and beds. Extra pet cleaning fee may be assessed for pet hair on furniture, pet stains, etc.

Hidden Gem in Dothan!

Thank you for providing such an excellent experience at your property -- it was clean, surprisingly spacious, and well-appointed to meet our needs. We especially appreciate your attention to detail by ensuring we had the decaf coffee I requested for our late-night dessert & movie marathons. This home is very very well maintained and well worth the price. The pictures, though very detailed does not give justice to the character and comfortability of this home. Everything about it was exceptional. The 4 season room was relaxing and both rooms had their own bathroom which is such a plus when traveling with someone else. The mattress was comfortable. The home was well decorated adding a character of your own home. We will definitely choose this space again and again. Oh, forgot to mention the most important part. Jeff was an excellent communicator. No matter what time I messaged, he answered. Thank you so much Jeff!

Clean, Comfortable & Updated unit

This townhome is only 1.4 miles from Flowers Hospital and offers all the luxuries of your home. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
