Dirty rooms, no breakfast, night walkers, I had to change my rooms 3 times and the last time I had to settle for the room they gave me because I couldn’t get my money back to go to a different hotel. The desk clerk is very nasty and gives off prejudice. She would alway lay my card on the counter after I gave it to her in her hand. She told me she didn’t like touch ppl but she grabbed the card out of my hand. They don’t not check the rooms after being cleaned. I also took pictures of the beds with stains.

Well, the internet wasn’t working in the office, so I haven’t gotten a receipt yet. I booked a non smoking room and the room reeks of cigarette smoke. The bathroom floor & shower are filthy and there is a dead bug squished on the wall. There are gross stains on the bedspread & comforter. The parking lot is not well lit at all either. If we hadn’t been on the road for almost 11 hours in some horrible weather & traffic delays, we would have tried to get somewhere else, but we are exhausted. Very disappointed.

So bad!

Where do I begin... rude front desk clerk fighting with someone on the phone during our check in, toilet flush was stuck, the toilet itself shook badly, and there was urine stains all over the seat. We always bring cleaning wipes and thank god. The bed was broken and horribly loud, the power and light on the right side flickeres when the bed moves, and the outlets didn’t work. Just an all around horrible experience. :(

You get what you pay for. I needed a hotel without carpet as I was traveling with pets. When I pulled up the first thing I noticed was the pool was green and needed treatment. When I got to my room the smell of marijuana was BAD! I had to go purchase a candle to help remove the odor. I probably could have gone and asked for a different room but I was exhausted from traveling. Otherwise the room was clean.

Room was adequately roomy, the areas were clean. Parking was very plentiful, and area around hotel was well covered by restaurants. Breakfast was quick grab go bags. But that's minimal necessity, main priority is safe clean rooms, and that was a perfect 10. Rear of complex is absolutely quiet throughput the night.
