One too many roaches..

This is my personal experience so I don’t usually write reviews of hotels, but speaking about the location. You’re pretty close to stores. Publix is directly behind and Walmart is within 2 miles. Speaking on the room itself it is a nice room, comfy bed, suitable shower. But the reason I’m writing this review is because I spotted 4 roaches/ bugs in my room during my four night stay that i cut down to two nights because I’m sure there were more, but I only spotted those few. Therefore, I would not recommend this hotel.

Room was adequate. Flooring was nice with area rug. Beds and pillow were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was probably the best thing. Woke up to steaming water from our light in the bathroom. Was on and off until we left. Contacted the front desk via text and got an apology after check out time of noon. Kind of thinking this was dangerous. And looked as though a patch job was done previously after looking. So yea just kinda disappointed.

We were do disappointed in this hotel. Initial impression included dirty vibe and you could hear people loudly having disagreements as you passed their room in the hall. First room felt dirty, smelled terrible, and ac didn’t work. So we requested a different room, went up to the second room, same vibe except that in addition there was a LIVING roach in the clear protective cover sheet that goes over the tv guide/hotel information sheet that way laying in front of the tv. Needless to say we don’t stay there. The only positive was that the manager agreed to refunding our non-refundable reservation and was fairly easy to work with.
