Eine Woche in Dornumersiel

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub an der Nordsee. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, gemütlich und sauber. Sie hat eine gute Ausstattung (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirr, TV, Radio, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster usw.). Zum Strand sind es ca. 15 Gehminuten, zur Ortsmitte ca. 10 min. Dort gibt es einige Restaurants und Einkaufs Möglichkeiten. Würde jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Schöner Ort, schlechte Unterkunft.

Das Positive vorweg:Eine komplett eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit allen Küchenutensilien die man braucht, einen Balkon, Badezimmer mit Dusche und jede Menge Kleiderschränke als Stauraum. Leider hört es hier bereits auf. Der verlegte Teppich in der Wohnung gab auch nach 4 1/2 Tagen durchgängigen Lüften einen muffigen und unangenehmen Geruch von sich. Jedesmal wenn wir durch die Wohnungstür kamen, war es, als liefe man gegen eine Wand. Bei meiner Partnerin gingen die Probleme mit dem Teppich soweit, dass sie jeden Morgen mit Kratzen im Hals aufwachte und nachts kaum schlafen konnte. Alle Küchenschränke,Griffe und der Kühlschrank klebten auf den Oberflächen und auch einiges des vorhandenen Geschirrs war nicht sauber. In einer Pfanne fanden wir eine kleine Made, welche per Foto+Video dokumentiert wurde. Laut Vermieterin handelt es sich hierbei um eine "kleine Raupe", welches sich jedoch auch aufgrund der Aufnahmen widerlegen lässt. An der Decke befanden sich viele getötete Tiere, ob Fliege, Mücke oder Motte ließ sich aus den Überresten nicht ableiten, jedoch boten diese keinen schönen Anblick. Am zweiten Tag unserer Anwesenheit, sprich beim max. 3. Duschvorgang lief die Dusche über und das Badezimmer stand unter Wasser. Der Abfluss war wohl länger nicht gereinigt worden und die Problematik musste von uns behoben werden. Das im Inserat angegebene WLAN beläuft sich auf eine max. 2kLeitung, wobei einige Tests eine max. Bandbreite von 13-128kb/s ergaben. Unter diesen Bedingungen eine Vorlesung mit 50-100mb runterzuladen ist eine reine Qual, geschweige denn an einem Online-Termin teilzunehmen-undenkbar. Gerade zu Zeiten von Corona und Digitalisierung eine fragwürdige Praktik, dies überhaupt als WLAN zu bezeichnen. Ruckelfrei damit streamen oder Musik hören, wie auch in der Broschüre steht,welche in der Ferienwohnung ausliegt, ist nicht möglich. Wer also in seinem Urlaub auch etwas für die Arbeit oder die Uni in dieser FeWo tun möchte und dabei auf das Internet angewiesen ist,sollte genug mobile Daten für einen Hotspot mitbringen Als Anmerkung zu dem Zustand der Küche; Nachdem wir der Vermieterin auf die Zustände aufmerksam machten, bot diese an vorbeizukommen, das Geschirr zu putzen oder ggf. auszutauschen. Da ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits das Gröbste selbst entfernt hatte und wir witterungsbedingt den ganzen Tag in der Wohnung verbrachten, lehnten wir dankend ab. (Wer möchte das während des Urlaubs jemand im selben Raum putzt) Einmal-Nie wieder

Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Schwächen

Wohnung und Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Teppichboden ist nicht jedermanns Geschmack. Ein Teil der Handtücher rochen etwas muffig. Ein frischerer Eindruck wäre schön gewesen.

Eine klasse Ferienwohnung.

Es blieb kein Wunsch offen bei der Wohnung. Es hat gefühlt nichts gefehlt, es war einfach alles vorhanden. Es gibt auch für alles Erläuterungen, damit man sich zurecht findet. Ich kann diese FeWo vollends weiter empfehlen. Gruß aus Franken
