Comfortable apartment with approx. 16m² roof terrace in a south-west position in a central location in the North Sea resort of Dornumersiel. Beach, port, swimming pool (heated outdoor pool), spa center and the town center with restaurants, cafes and shops are within easy walking distance. A hiking trail along the Siel begins a few meters from the house. A dog is allowed.
Apartment 200-035a:
Open living / dining area with a cozy seating area, flat-screen TV, stereo cassette radio, etc., dining area with seating. Fully equipped kitchen with four-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and all other necessary electrical appliances. Direct access to the approx. 16m² roof terrace in south-west location. Bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with bathtub with shower attachment and toilet. Additional separate guest toilet. There are two further single beds in the loft that can be reached via a spiral staircase. If you do not want to bring your own bed linen and towels, you can rent them from us.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt nach Putz- und Ordnungsmaßnahmen okay.
Die Kissen waren gelb, die Küche klebrig und der Kühlschrank dreckig, die Couch mit Flecken und oll.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Auch die beiden Terrassen sind toll. Man kann morgens und Abends in der Sonne sitzen, wenn man möchte. Leider war die Ausstattungsliste nicht korrekt, es soll eine Mikrowelle vor Ort sein, in Wirklichkeit ist es ein kleiner Backofen. Dafür war der Fernseher grösser als erwartet. Der Wasserkocher schaltete nicht automatisch mehr ab, was für mich eine Gefahr darstellt. Gerne hätten wir die Wohnung sauberer hinterlassen, doch auch der Staubsauger war nicht in der Lage die Hundehaare und den Staub aufzusaugen.
Vermutlich waren wir die ersten Gäste nach über einem Jahr (Coronabedingt). Es roch extrem muffig und so viele Spinnenweben haben mache Leute nicht in ihrem Keller! Bei so langer Vermietungspause hätte man die Reinigungskraft einen Tag vor Anreise der Gäste mal ins Objekt schicken sollen, um nach dem Rechten zu sehen, um zu Lüften und dabei zumindest den Grossteil aller Spinnennetze zu entfernen. Ich bin nicht pinibel aber egal in welchem Raum, es waren überall viele.
Um nicht den falschen Eindruck zu erwecken. Es ist eine schöne gemütliche Wohnung in guter Lage! Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt und sind erholt abgereist und würden die Wohnung auch wieder buchen!

Durchwachsen.
Ein Esszimmer Stuhl war sehr instabil . DIE Sessellehnen waren Klebrig . Sehr unangenehm. Sie waren nicht dreckig nur scheinbar sehr angegriffen. Leider wurden wir auch nicht über das WLAN informiert.
