Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, hell und geräumig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist neu. Der Wohn Essbereich ist lichtdurchflutet. Es war perfekt zum entspannen.Alles war sauber. Ein toller Urlaub.

Ein sehr schönes, helles Ferienhaus. Sehr sauber, nette Kommunikation und Betreuung durch die Verwaltung. Fast alles inklusive Bäder und Möbel neu und modernisiert. Die neue Küche ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Auf der überdachten Terrasse kann man bei schlechten Wetter draußen sitzen. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt. Für die Fahrräder gibt es eine neue Gartenhütte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Die Sauberkeit war nicht perfekt, aber ausreichend. Unter Möbeln und Sofa sammelte sich schon der Staub längerer Zeit. Ansonsten können wir nicht die Mängel bestätigen, die in den vorherigen Bewertungen beschrieben wurden. Die Wände wurden telweise neu gestrichen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist modern und vollständig.

Wir haben den Vermietern diverse Mängel zukommen lassen, als Antwort gab es leider nur eine längere Version von „danke für die Info, wir reden mit Verwaltung und Hausmeister“, das war ob der Anzahl der Mängel eine in meinen Augen durchaus unzureichende Rückmeldung. Wir hoffen, dass die Mängel dennoch behoben wurden und zumindest folgende Mietende weniger Probleme haben, wie wir sie leider hatten. Insgesamt sehr unzureichendes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.Mängel:-Haus ist alt, Möbel ebenso außer Küche-Sehr dreckig, viele Kellerasseln, viele Spinnweben, Dreck in der Küche-Essensreste und Spielsachen der Vermieter unter der Couch-Riesiger Schimmelfleck an Decke im Essbereich (war der Verwaltung bekannt, ist aber wohl egal!?)-Möbel nicht an der Wand gesichert, insb. Kinderzimmer katastrophal!-Stühle ohne Schrauben-Offene Dübellöcher und abgebrochene Haken, lose Vorhangrückhaltehaken (Nägel und schrauben fallen aus der Wand)-Kühlschrank nicht ordentlich in Schrank eingebaut, Tür schließt undicht, innen alles nass und nicht richtig gekühlt-Beeteinfassungen vor dem Haus morsch und herausgebrochen; Gartenhaus sieht sehr marode aus-Vorhänge in Zimmern dunkeln nicht ab.Ansonsten:Italiener kein Takeaway, nur ein Imbiss mit Takeaway (nicht so toll).Strand doch recht weit weg, toller Spielplatz am Strand.Schöner Spielplatz ums Eck. Edeka gut fußläufig zu erreichen.Regenschirme und Schuhlöffel im Haus wären toll.

Schönes modernes Ferienhaus für ein Urlaub als sechs-Köpfige Familie. Das schöne Wohnzimmer / Küche und Essbereich haben wohlfühl Faktor und das eingezäunte Garten bietet ein Gewinn für jede Familie mit Kleinkindern. Mit Fahrradverleih, Edeka, Spielplatz und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar sowie kurze Distanzen nach Norden waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Super ruhige Lage! Alles gepflegt. Leider in die Jahre gekommen. Kommunikation hat super funktioniert. Von dort aus alles gut zu erreichen, z.B. Supermärkte und Hafen usw..Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub mit der Familie.

Das Haus und die Aufteilung der Zimmer war sehr schön. Leider musste ich die Waschmaschine Grundreinigen genauso wie in allen Zimmern der Boden. Der Staubsauger war in den ersten Tagen nicht zu benutzen, da der Beutel komplett voll war. Also mussten wir einmal zum melden und dann zum abholen des Beutels zum Servicebüro. Nach Erhalt des neuen Staubsaugerbeutels mussten wir diesen selbst wechseln und ebenso den Staubsauger mitreinigen. Ansonsten hat uns das Haus sehr gefallen, auch dass ein Garten zum spielen für die Kinder dran war.

Wir haben hier einen kurzen Zwischenstopp eingelegt. Als Ausgangsbasis für die Umgebung ist das Haus gut geeignet. Die Abwicklung war unkompliziert, der Kontakt nett. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Sauberkeit war ok.

Charmantes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Wie hätten zusätzlich noch das Handtuch und Bettwäsche Paket gebucht. Alles war sehr sauber. Man sieht das die Küche und die diversen Geräte neu sind. Einziger Mini Punkt zum anmerken, wäre das Treppenschutzgitter zu erneuern. Ansonsten hat alles seinen Zweck erfüllt.

Unser Aufenthalt in Neßmersiel war super Das Haus war sauber, ein paar Kleinigkeiten die uns aufgefallen waren haben wir der Hausverwaltung (am Ende der Reise) gemeldet Die Hausverwaltung war sehr nett, die Siedlung ist sehr ruhig, das Haus etwas hell hörig da die Wände sehr dünn sind ansonsten zu empfehlen

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung, doch Sauberkeit?

Im gesamten Haus haben wir Haare vorgefunden. In Kochtöpfen, Waschbecken, der Dusche, Gläsern, Schubladen, auf dem Fußboden, im Kühlschrank.....wer auch immer hier zuletzt gewohnt oder gereinigt hat, scheint vieles übersehen zu haben. Ansonsten ein sehr schönes, geschmackvoll und gleichzeitig praktisch eingerichtetes und geräumiges Haus.

Schöner Urlaub in einer Geräumigen Doppelhaushälfte

Der Aufenthalt war super. Lediglich die Sauberkeit ließ an manchen Stellen zu Wünschen übrig. Es war aber nicht hoffnungslos verdreck, sondern es waren eher klassische "Dreckecken" mit Staub oder Sand vorhanden. Küche und Badezimmer boten alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötig. Die große Überraschung war das Induktionskochfeld sowie der sehr moderne Ofen! Die Schlafräume boten Platz für insgesamt 6 Personen. Der Schlafraum im DG war nicht vom Rest des Hauses abzuschotten, da keine klassische Zimmertür vorhanden war. Für Babys und Kleinkinder sind an den Treppen zwei Gitter angebracht, sodass die Kleinen nicht die Treppe runterfallen können.

Ein kleines und charmantes Haus, alles da was man braucht!

Die FeWo entspricht der Beschreibung gut und ist in einem guten Zustand. Bis auf eine kleine Staubschicht war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Um sich im Urlaub selber zu Versorgen ist das Haus mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und man kann es sich sehr gemütlich machen. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral und man kommt auch zuFuß zum nächsten Laden, Bäcker oder Spielplatz. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell am Strand und mit dem Auto schnell im nächsten Ort. Wir waren sehr zuzfrieden und würden die FeWo wieder buchen.

Super Ferienhaus für Familien mit Kindern

Sehr nette Besitzer, Verwaltung hat auf Probleme schnell reagiert und gehandelt. Die Lage des Hauses ist super für Familien mit Kindern, da der Spielplatz und Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke sind. Auch die Entfernung zum Strand ist für die Kids mit dem Fahrrad super zu erreichen!

Schöner Urlaub

Schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung. Die offene Küche passt vom Mobiliar her nicht zum angrenzenden Wohnbereich. Trotzdem war alles vorhanden und die Funktionen in Ordnung. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Objektbetreuung vor Ort vorhanden.

Sehr Entspannend

Das Haus liegt in einer super Lage. Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. In 5 min. hat man einen Spielplatz und einen Edeka Mark wo man sich verpflegen kann. Strand ist etwas außerhalb, diesen kann man mit Fahrrad oder per Auto gut erreichen. Fahrräder muss man sich mieten, das geht auch im Ort nicht weit von der Unterkunft. Haus ist sehr gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und Modern Eingerichtet.
