Dornumersiel is a small holiday resort on the East Frisian North Sea coast - opposite the island of Langeoog. The flat roof bungalow, which was completely renovated in 2018, is located in a holiday home area in the immediate vicinity of the dike. In just a few minutes you are on the beach or harbor! The center of Dornumersiel, with its small supermarket and diverse gastronomy, is also within walking distance. Equipment: The 53m² corner bungalow can accommodate 4 people. It consists of a large living room with a comfortable sofa, dining area and flat screen TV. Directly from the living room there is a sleeping area for parents with a double bed (180X200) and a spacious wardrobe. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has a large fridge with freezer, washing machine, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and more. V. M. The inside shower bath is supplied with daylight through an electrically opening roof hatch. The children's room is equipped with an offset bunk bed with an integrated wardrobe (beds are 90X200 each). Games, books, building blocks and cuddly toys are available. For (small) children there is a baby travel bed (an additional mattress is located in the storage compartment flap of the sofa), high chair, potty or Toilet seat, step stool and sufficient plastic dishes available. Behind the house is a beautiful garden with a furnished south-facing terrace and a sandpit with toys. If necessary, there are two sun loungers in the garage, a charcoal grill and a small "fleet" consisting of a handcart, bobby car and 2 bicycles for adults. (All existing items are welcome to be used - but they are not part of the rental property and no liability is assumed for their full functionality or in the event of injuries.) The car can be parked on the large driveway in front of the house. The bungalow is allergy-friendly - d. H. all floors are with tiles or Provided with laminate; carpets were completely dispensed with. Modern electrical heating and contemporary insulation ensure a pleasant indoor climate all year round. Pets are not allowed. Smoking in the building is also not permitted. The bungalow has no WiFi. Bed linen and towels can be borrowed from our property management for a fee. 1-3 tea towels, a shower mat and a small hair dryer are available in the house. Please note that there is a visitor's tax per person per night on arrival (the current prices can be found on the homepage of the municipality of Dornum), which must be paid in cash when the keys are handed over.
