Sehr nette zuvorkommende Vermieterin- Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, gute Ausflüge zu unternehmen aber auch attraktive Umgebung für Fußgänger und man kann unter Sternenhimmel schlafen. Alles war da und sauber. Hundefreundlich

Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss (Metallaussentreppe und im Haus eine Stiege). Wir haben uns an die Treppen schnell gewöhnt. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet. Moderne Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Herd mit Backofen, großer Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach. Tisch und vier Stühle. Wohnzimmer mit zwei Zweiersofas und einen sehr bequemen Fernsehsessel. Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Doppelbett (Betten waren bezogen). Leider sind die Schränke nur halb hoch (obwohl noch Platz zur Decke ist), daher ist es schwierig dort die Sachen aufzuhängen. Aber im Vorraum ist ein höherer Kleiderschrank. Das Badezimmer ist auch modern renoviert und hat eine Badewanne. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Nebenstraße, ein Parkplatz für Dauerparker ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Auch zum Einkaufen ist es nur ein kurzer Weg. Wir hatten unseren kleinen Hund dabei und auch er hat sich in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Fahrräder kann man sich im angeschlossenen Geschäft leihen und von dort schöne Touren machen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett.

Die Wohnung an sich war okay, aber an jeden Balken war staub und spinnenweben , das Mobiliar ist alt. Der Fernsehsessel ist kaputt das Kunstleder löst sich und war an den anziehe Sachen wenn man sich hin gesetzte hat .das schlaf Sofa ist sehr unbequem , da müsste man drüber nach denken ob man da nicht ein Bett hinstellt in 1,40 mal 2,00 Meter . Das Duschen war ein Katastrophe mal kalt mal warm das Wasser . Die Lage war super und auch sehr ruhig . Mein Tipp einfach mal ein paar Euros invertieren und Alles etwas hübscher und heller gestalten
