Ferienhaus Dornstetten een aanrader

We hadden een prima week in dit prachtige huis in Dornstetten. Van alle gemakken voorzien incl hot tub en sauna. Het was heel ruim voor ons gezin van 6 personen, alle keukenapparatuur was aanwezig, er was hout (betaling per mand) voor de houtkachel en hot tub. Badkamers waren schoon en netjes. Communicatie met eigenaar ging heel soepel, vragen werden direct beantwoord, en ze was heel aardig en efficiënt. Een topweek was het resultaat.

Schöne große Ferienwohnung mit vielen Extras

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns auch bei schlechtem Wetter sehr viel Möglichkeit gegeben ein sehr gemütliches Wochenende im Schwarzwald zu verbringen. Die Gestaltung des Ferienhauses und die Ausstattung ist herausragend.

Schönes Ambiente

Einfach nur toll!

Das Haus ist geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und außerdem sehr einladend und gastfreundlich eingerichtet. Es bietet sich super gut an zum entspannen und es ist auch für Kinder und kleinkinder wunderbar geeignet (Kinderbett und Hochstühle sowie verschiedenes Spielzeug sind vorhanden). Pluspunkte sind die schöne Sauna und der Hot-tub. Die Besitzer waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben sehr schnell auf Fragen und Anliegen reagiert. Wir hatten ein sehr angenehmes Wochenende. Vielen Dank!

Familientreffen-Wochenende

Wir waren leider nur zwei Nächte in dem schönen Haus, man hätte es da auf jeden Fall auch länger aushalten können. Es hatte massig Platz für uns 11 Leute und Hund, ist top ausgestattet mit allem, was man auch für die Zubereitung von Festessen so benötigt. Durch die Bauweise mit wenig rechten Winkeln, viel Holz und im OG sehr viel Licht hat das Haus eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Wir hatten in der kurzen Zeit gar keine Gelegenheit, alles auszukosten. So haben wir die schöne Sauna nicht genutzt und auch der Ofen würde nicht angefeuert. Bei 25 Grad Ende Oktober auch nicht nötig. Das Objekt liegt im Gewerbegebiet, der Garten ist aber wunderschön eingewachsen, so dass das keine Beeinträchtigung ist. Der hot Pot im Garten war für die Kids natürlich ein Highlight. Einzig die Stufe im Wohnzimmer ist fies. Da stolpert jeder einmal drüber, bis man es verinnerlicht hat, dass man da nicht blind langschlurfen kann.

Ein wunderbares Haus

Das Haus hat uns gleich zu Anfang gefallen. Die Ausstattung hat nichts zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Hot Tube und Sauna haben wir dafür auch fleißig genutzt. Ein paar der Ausstattungsmerkmale werden wir wahrscheinlich auch in unserem zu Hause einrichten. Die Busverbindungen ca. 4 Minuten, von dem Haus ist perfekt um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Der Schwarzwald, insbesondere Dornstetten, hat uns überzeugt!

Gemütliches Familienwochenende mit 7 Personen

Im Vorfeld unseres Aufenthalts hatte ich mehrfach Kontakt mit der freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Frau Stahl (Eigentümerin und Hausverwalterin). Vermutlich aus technischen Gründen haben wir den Code für die Schlüsselbox auf Nachfrage erhalten, eigentlich sollte dieser Mietern automatisch zugeschickt werden. Die Unterkunft in Dornstetten befindet sich in einer gewerbegebietähnlichen Umgebung, was die Gesamtatmosphäre vor Ort aber kaum beeinträchtigt. Wir waren weder bei der Benutzung des Hotpots noch der Sauna beeinträchtigt, da unser Aufenthalt im Dezember stattfand haben wir uns auf der Terasse nicht aufgehalten. Bäckerei, Discounter und Baumarkt waren mit dem Auto innerhalb von ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft samt Ausstattung bot alles, was wir für ein gemütliches Familienwochenende benötigt haben. Mit 7 Erwachsenen (4 Parteien) hatten wir massig Platz zum entspannen, lesen, schlafen, Yoga machen, kochen, essen und spielen. Insbesondere die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt über alles üblich Benötigte. Für die Benutzung des Hotpots (Platz für 4-5 Personen) haben wir im Dezember 8 Pakete Holz benötigt, die Sauna (3-4 Personen) war innerhalb von 1,5h aufgeheizt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen oder nochmals buchen.

Stylisches Haus in landschaftlich schöner Gegend

Sehr schönes, top gepflegtes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, welches absolut keine Wünsche offen lässt. Top Ausstattung. Sehr nette Vermieter . Tolle Lage um Tagesausflüge in den Schwarzwald zu unternehmen.
