Thank you for discovering the "Bienenhäuschen". Enjoy your time here. Dornhan (650 m) is a pretty, tranquil town in the eastern part of the central Black Forest between Alpirsbach (11 km) and Oberndorf am Neckar (9 km)
Its location makes it ideal for day trips in all directions:
To the north: Along the Neckar valley. How about a canoe trip on the Neckar or a visit to Tübingen
South: You can quickly reach Lake Constance or Constance, Switzerland
To the west: via Freudenstadt Schwarzwaldhochstrasse along the Lotharpfad to Badden-Baden or Stasburg
Wolfach Zipline, Dorotheenhütte, Vogtsbauernhöfe.
To the east Swabian Alb, Hohenzollen Castle.
It is ideal for 2 adults with a maximum of 2 children.
For some time the cottage was empty. From 2020 to 2021 the cottage was completely renovated and equipped with everything to offer you a pleasant stay. The secluded location and the beautiful surroundings offer everything for a relaxing vacation without having to sacrifice comfort. The Bienenhaus is small but nice. The modern bathroom with washing machine, the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, W-Lan and telephone make the cottage a little gem. The forest is right on your doorstep - just put on your shoes and you're ready to go hiking. Or would you prefer to explore the surrounding area by bike or e-bike? You can find some suggestions for cycling tours or hikes on the Dornhan town website. So feel free to bring your "bikes" with you. The large meadow with the barbecue area in front of the house invites you to treat yourself to a cozy day at the bee house.
