Very good Hotel in a great loction

My Wife and I stayed at the Vienna House for two nights in July 2023. We got a great deal from Hotels.com! We liked the hotel, and the room was clean and well furnished. The breakfast was excellent (at a very reasonable price) and the Staff helpful. Parking in the basement was very convenient (10 euro). The location is also great, right in the center of Dornbirn. Strangely, no fridge in the room but we enjoyed the short stay.

Ich habe mich im Hotel Viena Dornbirn sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft war immer sauber und gepflegt, der Service stets hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die herzliche Aufnahme durch Oscar, der sehr individuell, freundlich und lösungsorientiert auf mich eingegangen ist. Ebenso bedanke ich mich bei einer weiteren Mitarbeiterin, die mich tatkräftig bei der Verlängerung meines Aufenthalts unterstützt hat. Solches Personal verdient ein großes Lob – und ich hoffe, dass auch der Chef diese besondere Leistung würdigt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung!

Wir hatten hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Dornbirn. Alle Mitarbeiter, egal ob an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück oder im Service waren total freundlich & zuvorkommend (Vielen Dank!). Das Frühstück war hervorragend und es hat an Nichts gefehlt. Unser Zimmer hatte zwar schon ein paar Gebrauchsspuren, aber keine, die die Aufenthaltsqualität beeinträchtigt hätten.
