Very nice detached house of 65 m² on one level for 4/5 people, completely renovated in March 2019, new furniture and equipment. The house is located in a very quiet private residence at 700m from the beach and 1km from the center of Dolus d'Oléron (market, fishmonger, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, doctors ...).

The bike paths nearby allow you to go to the sea in less than 3 minutes. 1,5 km from the aquatic complex Iléo.

House comprising:
• Large fully equipped separate kitchen: dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large fridge + freezer, nespresso, coffee maker, toaster, sodastream, kettle etc ...
• Living room with sofa bed, ipod / iphone station and 49 "flat screen TV (freebox or satellite tv), Ps3 playstation + video games.
• Free WIFI.

Belle location mais manque d'entretien sur les équipements

Arrivée dans une location sale. poussière non faite, cuisine à re-nettoyer, cafetière sale (nettoyage fait par nous), 2 chaises déboîtées, vélos à réparer, VMC très sale, baignoire et douche bouchées (débouchées par mes soins), rideau de douche très sale (changé par le propriétaire), protection table à repasser sale (remplacée par le propriétaire). Après cette arrivée à nettoyer et à faire le point avec le propriétaire, le reste de la semaine s'est bien passée. Vu le prix, on ne devrait pas subir des déconvenues comme celles-ci
