House 185 m2 in a quiet area near downtown Dolus d'Oleron and ocean side beaches

We rent our house "sweet vacation" in which everything is gathered to spend pleasant moments with family or friends. Quiet facing a forest, it is located 5 minutes walk from the city center and its summer markets, bars and restaurants and 10 minutes by bike (20-25 min by foot) from the ocean side beaches.
But also near a large supermarket where you can order while driving.

The single storey house is composed of a large living room of 50m² with fully equipped open kitchen, a separate veranda living room of 25m² and a utility room / utility room.

To sleep, 5 bedrooms: 2 with 140x200 bed, 1 with 160x200 bed, 1 with 2 80x200 beds, 1 dormitory with 4 80x200 beds, 1 shower room with toilet and double sinks, another shower with toilet. Adjoining the dormitory is a "dressing room".

Outside you will find a large 700m² garden. Everything is planned to rest (deckchairs, armchairs, camp beds, hammock) under a shaded terrace or in the sun, play ping pong ...
Of course 2 large tables and chairs are provided to share your meals.

Wi-Fi connection available, but also board games to disconnect!

You can use our bikes (different sizes) or rent them nearby.

Sheets (beds made for your arrival) and towels (air-dried) optional and in addition: 10 euros per person
Cleaning at the end of the stay (compulsory for your holidays to be perfect): 80 euros
