This very comfortable and bright apartment occupies the floor of a recent house built in 2014. It is located in a very quiet hamlet away from the tourist bustle, in the south of the island.
The accommodation opens onto a living room with a lounge area, a fully equipped open kitchen and a dining area with a large table. The view of the surrounding nature and the clear oyster farms is breathtaking! The room opens onto a 20m2 landscaped outdoor terrace, where you can also take your meals to enjoy the outdoors.
The rest of the apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with large closets, a bathroom and a toilet.
The cycle track is located 200 m from the house, shops 1 km, beaches 4 km, the aquatic center "ILEO" open year-round 500 m. You can take the oyster route, go up along the coast and discover the typical oyster huts of the island.
The beaches are easily accessible by bicycle or car.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, gute Kücheneinrichtung, eigener Eingang mit abgeschlossenem Grundstück, sehr ruhige Umgebung. Terrasse schön, könnte bessere. Sitzgelegenheiten und besseren Sonnenschirm gebrauchen. Nette Verwalterin.
