A beautiful traditional French country home arranged over 3 floors covering over 300sqm. Set against a mountain covered in woodland the air is fresh and the views stunning. There is a lawn garden ideal for children to play.Close to Belves with shops bars and restaurants and saturday market. Sarlat , Castle Naud , Domme, Les Eyzies and Beynac are 30 mins away. There is lake fishing neary and canoing. The house is in an ideal position for all the Dordogne tourist attractions
The kitchen is newly fitted and has an 8 burner range cooker. 3 large bathrooms, one with a jaccuzzi bath with mood lights and wet room rain shower and 2 others with baths and showers all new, The tv has French and English channels. Tv also in one of the bedrooms. Garden furniture and BBQ . English/french speaking key holders. English owner. Well behaved pets welcome. games room has traditional pub pool table tables and comfy chairs/ bar stools.

Large Country House

Plenty of room for everyone, well equipped kitchen. Well placed for lots of attractions. Belves food market not to be missed. The only minus was the conservatory had not been cleaned in a long while as there were dead flies and cobwebs in abundance. Also the ground floor toilet was broken but we still loved the house and enjoyed our stay.

Satisfaisant pour l emplacement

Sejour agreable mais plusieurs travaux de finition pourraient etre faits pour améliorer le confort notamment dans la sdb. Communication impeccable avant la location mais impossible après d avoir un echange pour récupérer un habit oublié. Dommage.

Une excellente semaine

Moi et mes amis avons passé une semaine dans la maison d’Helen. La maison était parfaite et très adaptée au nombre que nous étions (10). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la présence du billard et de la grande cuisine très fonctionnelle. Le seul bémol fut le manque d’eau chaude dans la salle de bain du bas. Nous recommandons chaudement ce petit coin de calme et sommes très satisfait de notre semaine et de la communication avec Helen !

Super séjour

Très belle énorme maison! Décoration so british (fauteuil club incroyable j’ai trouvé mon idéal pour Bookiner ), c’est très rustique mais pour les vacances c’est dépaysant ! On est vraiment en bord de route mais il y a très peu de passage donc pas de souci, même avec des enfants en bas âge. La cuisine est très bien équipée . Les lits sont confortables. Attention en période de canicule comme celle que nous avons vécu pendant le séjour, il fait chaud sous les combles où il y a 3 chambres donc il faut jongler avec les ventilateurs, les fermetures de fenêtres la journée etc. Les deux autres chambres sont au frais, dont une vraiment très au frais. Bref très bon séjour, je vous recommande cette belle demeure pour vos vacances en famille nombreuse !

grande maison

Gîte conforme aux photos, bien équipé malgré un manque de grande marmite, avec beaucoup de vaisselle et d’équipement pour passer le temps, le billard à beaucoup plu. Mais qui pourrait être mieux si la société qui fait le ménage n'est pas incompétente. Je ne le recommanderais pas à une famille avec des jeunes enfants, jardin non sécurisé.

Une grande maison qui manque un peu d'équipements élémentaires mais qui offre une situation intéressante à proximité de la Dordogne. La communication avec Helen a été très bonne.

Grande maison très agréable, au cœur d'une région magnifique

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette grande maison avec nos 3 enfants. L'emplacement est idéal : les villages alentour sont magnifiques, et les spots de baignade nombreux. Le billard a été très apprécié (fin de soirée idéale après les baignades et autres descentes de rivière en canoë). Le jardin avant n'est pas clos, mais bien délimité, et la route peu fréquentée. Et de l'autre côté il y a une véranda + un espace extérieur avec barbecue en bordure de forêt. Bref, des supers vacances.
