We booked as 2 Adults + 2 Kids, we were disappointed when we entered the room as theres only 1 king size bed, not even a sofa bed inside.More disappointing when we rang the reception and he said it is QR100/night for an extra bed. Ridiculous tbh. If only reception staff would be much more of a common sense rather than thinking of extra charges for guests it would be more enjoyable abd stress free check-in for us. Overall though, the Hotel is great. Bars and restaurants on site. Also DQ & Papa Johns Pizza accross the parking lot and a small kids soft play area inside, ideal for family with kids but dont wanna splurge.Housekeeping are friendly and more helpful. I wpuld also like to commend the gentleman that helped us carry our luggages to our room, he managed to give us an extra bed as complimentary. That kind of service means a lot especially to those guests who had a long flight, we had a 7hrs flight tired and hoping to have a stress free check-in when we arrive at the Hotel..

Unfortunately i missed the airport shuttle because on check out the person (didnt catch the name) decided that they just couldn't take the extra's of my credit card and email me my receipt. I'm sure if i had just left the hotel thats exactly what would have happened!! I pointed this out, however there seemed to be a complete lack of urgency even when i said i dont want to hold the bus up. The bus left without me and i had to call a taxi. Ive stayed in this hotel several times but i wont be back!

Very good rooms, wonderful staff, amazing swimming pool good for relaxing but also very food to lap swimming exercise. High quality Sports Bar with some very good special wine options at reasonable prices Coffee shop option and barista made coffees very good (unusual for a hotel to be honest ) Other F&B options all looked very good

I rarely order a burger - but this time I did and the quality was what I would expect of a specialty burger operation
