For sure the staff, clean room. One night we had a problem with the lights, not shutting off and they fixed it in the next day, also apologizing for what happened giving an afternoon tea as a courtesy. I recommend, great location and awesome amenities.

This was my first stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Doha, and I was genuinely impressed. The level of service, the quality of the products, and the overall professionalism were exceptional. Every interaction was handled with respect, refinement, and genuine care not a single detail was overlooked. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Chef Merdan for his hospitality and attention, to reception managerMo Mo for his consistent support, and to Night Manager Volkan for his professionalism and warm assistance throughout my stay. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and it will certainly remain among my preferred choices for future visits to Doha

Fantastic hotel, one of the best ive stayed at. Id say the highlight was the service from all the staff. They go out of their way to help in every way. The breakfast options were limited and i felt the treatments at the spa were too expensive.

I had an absolutely exceptional stay at the Mandarin Oriental Doha. From the moment I arrived, the level of attention to detail was remarkable. Small gestures that might have gone unnoticed elsewhere, like providing a beautiful bookmark when they noticed I didn’t have one, or thoughtfully wrapping together my plug wires, made my stay feel effortlessly seamless. Each day, my toiletries were meticulously organised, reflecting a real awareness of my preferences and comfort. A special mention must go to Salvador and Susanna from In-room dining. Their warmth, professionalism, and joy transformed every meal into a truly personalised experience. They anticipated my needs with grace and ensured every detail was perfect. The chef was exceptional, and the food was amongst the best I had in Qatar;I need to make special note of the way he made amendments for my dietary requirements-being coeliac and lactose intolerant. The in-room dining truly was exceptional! The location was perfect, and within walkable distance of such amazing locations as Souq Waqif and the luxurious shopping district in Msheireb. I truly felt immersed in the hub of the city. Every element of my stay demonstrated the Mandarin Oriental’s commitment to exceptional service and genuine care. All of the staff were friendly, attentive, courteous, and really did make me feel like royalty. It’s the kind of experience that turns a luxurious stay into a truly memorable one; I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!
