DÉCEVANT.

Chambre sale (poils dans la baignoire et sur les toilettes), draps non changés en une semaine de séjour, ménage fait que 3 fois (et vraiment mal fait). Des effets personnels ont été volés dans la chambre. Du moisi au niveau de la clim. Hotel très bruyant, matelas et oreiller durs comme de la pierre. Rabatteurs dans l'hôtel pour des activités hors de prix (3x plus cher qu'à l'extérieur), insistants, a la limite du harcèlement. Bons repas et serveurs disponibles, seul point positif de l'hôtel. S.P.A cher. A notre arrivée télé h.s, débris du plafond dans la baignoire, porte serviettes cassé, bref vraiment bas de gamme, qualité d'un hôtel F1 en France. Très décevant. Travaux a l'accueil a 1h du matin, bref, rien ne va.

Le personnel fait tout pour satisfaire ses clients en revanche ils n’ont pas les moyens pour y parvenir. La formule tout inclu laisse à désirer, il faut pleurer pour avoir une bouteille d’eau pour bébé. Les cocktails sont fait avec de l’alcool local ( pas terrible). Le personnel de la réception sont pour la plupart peu sympathique voir désagréable. Un rapport sur la propreté,les disfonctionnements et la malhonnêteté des responsables de l hôtel sera envoyé à Expedia. Le jour de notre départ nous devions faire le point avec le gestionnaire que l’on voit partout brasser du vent dans l’hotel mais comme par hasard ce jour là il était abonné absent .... bizarre et irrespectueux.

toutes les équipes sont à votre écoute et à vos petits soins, repas variés et de bonne qualité, Thalasso au top, piscines propres, jardins luxuriants très bien entretenus, animation vraiment au top, spectacles modernes et variés, tout le personnel toujours souriant et professionnels , équipements , salles bars, modernes, et prestations de qualité . Les enfants et donc les parents ravis pour 2 semaines de pur repos et bonheur, à refaire au plus vite, merci à tous.

Hôtel vieillissant qui a dû connaître une période faste. A l'accueil, des personnes peu aimables et qui n'expliquent pas les services disponibles. Les repas au buffet sont copieux mais c'est un peu l'usine. J'ai eu l'impression de passer un séjour dans un grand centre commercial. Le centre de Thalasso vend du rêve, nous avons eu froid lors des soins. Les espaces ne sont pas chaleureux ni confortables.

Hotel bien equipe bien place et spacieux

Nous avions une chambre duplex pour nos enfants en demi pension...les equipements etaient adaptes....il y a plusieurs restaurants et le self avit une grande variete de menus chaque jour...il y a des boutiques...des bars et le spa est payant ainsi que l acces a l aquapark pirate qui n est pas inclus...personnel plutot accueillant mais quasi exclusivement masculin...mais il faut tout le temps chercher les infos aupres de plusieurs personnes...d autre part on estctoujours alpague des la sortie de l hotel ou plage...lors des visites en villes de midoun et houm souk il faut etre bien prudent car les rues sont exclusivement masculines..les bars restos que des hommes en terrasse toujours tres insistants ...bref vaut mieux rester en groupe et ne pas trop s aventurer meme dans le souk quelques femmes dans les boutiques et dehors toutes voilees...bref vaut mieux rester dans la zone hoteliere plus safe...
