Fizemos o check in online de três quartos, estavamos em três casais, ao chegar tivemos que refazer todo o check in, toda a buracracia novamente e estavamos com um bebê chorando. Qdo fiz a reserva perguntei se tinha berço, me informaram que não, no local uma senhora, que não sabemos quem era, mas não foi a atendente do check in, nos ofereceu berço e banheira, como já tinhamos levado tudo, usamos o nosso mesmo. Deram o quarto de PCD para os meis sogros, por eles serem idosos e a cama ser baixa, mas para idosos é mais dificil se levatar próximo ao chão, foi bom pois trocamos com eles o quarto que era bem maior e ficamos melhor instalados com o carrinho para nosso bebê dormir. Minha mãe e minha sogra pediram um lençol de cima extra, qdo abriram no quarto viram que receberam 4 fronhas uma e um lençol de elastico a outra. Foi solicitada toalha de rosto tbm, e disseram não trabalharem com toalha de rosto. As toalhas de banho por sinal estavam sujas e mamchadas. Foi pedido mais um sabonete, visto que só tinha 1 no quarto e era minusculo, dusseram que não tinham mais disponiveis para dar ao hospede. A limpeza dos quartos estava a desejar, não tinha exaustor nos banheiros, ou não estavam funcionando. Pedimos comida de fora e não tinha interfone funcionando no quarto, mandei um WhatsApp para o numero do hotel informando e solicitando que fosse avisada qdo chegassem e não respoderam. O café a manhã que estava muito bom para compensar o pessimo atendimento da equipe de balcão.
