The hotel has many positive aspects, but the cost of bottled water is unreasonably high. I paid COP 17,000 for a small bottle, which feels disproportionate compared to local prices. Including complimentary water or adjusting minibar prices would significantly improve the overall experience.

We stayed a week. The room was good size. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The pillows are pretty bad. The towels were all torn and stained. Although we were four people they would only leave two towels. They would only leave a tiny partial roll of toilet paper so we’d have to ask for more. Breakfast service was really bad. They never ask if you want coffee or eggs. Waffle dough would always run out and they’d only bring enough for one waffle until the next person in line asked again. A bottle of water from the mini bar cost 17 thousand. Overall it seems they want to do things as cheaply as possible. Location is amazing, but everything else is bad enough that I wouldn’t stay again.

The staff was very good. The pillows are very hard and too thick for your neck. Fortunately I found an extra one in the closet at 3:00 AM that I could use. Great shower with excellent water pressure.

Be aware that some rooms do not have air conditioning. Our room did have A/C, but it barely cooled. Upon arrival, the mini fridge wasn’t working, and when we asked for an extra room key, none were available. The espresso machine also broke and couldn’t be repaired until the following week. On the positive side, the staff couldn’t have been friendlier, and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, though, the hotel needs some maintenance and upgrades.
