**THE HOUSE IS LOCATED ON THE LAKE SIDE SO THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE DELTA AND BOAT LAUNCHING IS NOT ALLOWED. HOWEVER, THE DISCOVERY BAY YACHT HARBOR IS LESS THAN 2 MINUTES AWAY AND BOAT LAUNCHING IS ALLOWED THERE AND THERE IS ACCESS TO THE DELTA.
