Large, quiet vacation apartment, roof terrace, distant view from the property
The building was built in 1984, and the top floor, where the holiday apartment is located, was expanded in the 1990s – approximately 2 km from the center of Dinkelsbühl.
The apartment has been completely renovated in the last two years and equipped with a new kitchen. It has a total area of approximately 150 square meters and consists of three cozy bedrooms, a living room with an additional fold-out sofa bed, and a kitchen with a dining area. One bedroom is a children's/teenager's room with a bunk bed and a double bed (1.40 m wide). A fold-away bed is also available as an alternative sleeping option. A washing machine has been installed in the bathroom for laundry during longer stays.
The accommodation is ideal for large families or for two families. A maximum of seven adults and two children can stay overnight – however, the couch (120 cm) and double bed (140 cm) are a bit cozy when used by two adults.
The electricity supply is climate-neutral and comes from our own PV modules and an existing storage system. A wallbox is not currently available.
In addition to Dinkelsbühl, other destinations such as Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Feuchtwangen, Nördlingen, Gunzenhausen, the Franconian Lake District, etc., are within a 1-hour drive.
The stated price is for up to 6 guests - additional guests will be charged a surcharge of €15 per person/day.
