Found parking easily enough. Great location next to grocery store and restaurants/shops. Lovely and helpful front desk staff!! Room was clean but could use a refresh (paint) Not enough hangers in the bathroom (to hand clothes/towels) Great stay! Would visit again. Thank you!!

The room was great and the location was good. I had little interaction with staff until we headed on the road and I realized I left behind a small cloth bag with travel books, adapters, and expensive earbuds - which 2 other members of my family watched me put into the bag before leaving the hotel (so I am certain the earbuds were in the bag). I asked the hotel to ship the forgotten bag to my son's residence in Cork and hoped to get the package before leaving Ireland. . It was not until16 days after requesting that the package be returned (when we were long gone from Ireland) the package was shipped. When my son in Cork opened the package a few days later, the earbuds were missing. So not the hotel's fault that I left my belongings behind... and I do appreciate that they shipped the bag. But at the end of the day, I am certain that someone on their staff took the earbuds which I find very disappointing.

The front desk staff are absolutely amazing and very helpful. I wish I could remember the two young ladies that assisted us so I could call them out here. Parking could be better, but it is small town and touristy.

The room was clean and reasonably quiet, no breakfast which was sad. The food festival was on when we arrived so parking was an absolute nightmare as there is no designated hotel parking. Once the food festival cleared out parking was not an issue

The room amenities were great with a towel warmer and comfy bed, but parking was challenging at times and the cleaning staff needs to look up(vents were filthy) and down(baseboards yuck!). No complimentary coffee.

The room was clean and modern, the staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely restaurant recommendations too. The location is also very convenient in the heart of Dingle. Parking wasn’t too difficult to find (there’s free street parking available right in front of the hotel and a parking lot around the corner past the roundabout).
