This charming 158 m² house with swimming pool in Dinard can accommodate up to 8 people. It comprises a lovely 60 m² living room, a bright, fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a shower and bath. The accommodation is as follows:

- A master suite with garden view and queen-size bed (160x200), private shower room with heated towel rail

- Mezzanine with sofa

Villa des Rochettes has a fully enclosed garden of around 680 m² with a south-facing terrace equipped with garden furniture: dining table for 6/8 people, garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, 2 adult sun loungers and 2 children's sun loungers.
The swimming pool is private and protected by a roller shutter (heated from 1 May to 30 September // non-contractual dates).

Ideal for families or groups of friends, Les Rochettes has a barbecue, cot, high chair, ironing board and iron.

On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.

The house is located in a quiet, residential and very pleasant environment. It is close to a number of beaches:
- Plage du Prieuré in Dinard (5 min by car)
- Plage de la Fourberie in Saint-Lunaire (6 min by car)
- Plage de l'Ecluse in Dinard (7 min by car)

Public transport:
- You can park directly on the secure property (up to 2 vehicles)
- Coach links from Saint-Malo station
- Nearest train station: Saint-Malo (17 minutes by car > 10 km)
- Nearest airport: Rennes (80 km)

- End-of-stay cleaning does not include routine tasks such as cleaning and putting away dishes, cleaning the barbecue or taking out the rubbish. A supplement will be charged if Cocoonr has to do this for you.
