Die Lage ist wunderbar. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, alle Geräte haben funktioniert.Leider ist kein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Vor dem Haus ist nur Platz für einen Tisch.Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt, auch der Hund.

Ideal, um den Charme von Saint-Enogat zu erkunden
Das traditionelle (aber mit allen zeitgemässen Einrichtungen versehene) Haus an der Rue de Saint-Enogat war für uns der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um das lauschige Quartier, die Strände und die Stadt Dinard zu erkunden. Die Bilder vermitteln einen guten Eindruck der Liegenschaft.
Die steile Treppe ins Obergeschoss, die zu den zwei Schlafzimmern führt, könnte für Gehbehinderte eine Herausforderung darstellen, verfügt aber über ein Geländer.
Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, und hat auf unsere Kontaktaufnahme stets prompt geantwortet. Auf wiedermal!
Wir sind mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angereist – zwischen dem TGV-Bahnhof in Saint-Malo und Dinard verkehrt stündlich ein geräumiger Bus; Fahrscheine können gegn Bargeld beim Einstieg gekauft werden. Die nächstgelegene Haltestellen (Foyer Logement oder Médiatheque) sind zu Fuss in zehn Minuten erreichbar – auch mit Gepäck.

Maison bien située
Cette location a le grand avantage d'être bien située : au calme à l'écart du centre-ville mais près des plages ainsi que de boulangeries, épiceries, restaurants. Meubles quelque peu "dépassés de mode" mais propres. Seuls points négatifs à nos yeux : chercher tous les jours une place pour garer sa/ses voiture(s). et le passage de voitures le long de la façade.
