Sehr zentral, schön aber auch ruhig gelegene Wohnung. Supermarkt, BĂ€ckerei und viele GeschĂ€fte in sehr kurzer LaufnĂ€he und auch das Meer ist nicht weit. Die kleine Wohnung war in einem guten Zustand, bot aber wenig Stauraum. Leider war der Hausflur des Mehrfamilienhauses sehr schĂ€big, schmutzig und muffig. Zu dem Haus gehört KEIN Parkplatz! Kostenfreie ParkplĂ€tze sind Mangelware und waren bei uns keine frei. Mit unseren PKW mit Dachbox (2 m hoch) konnten wir auch nicht in ein Parkhaus fahren. Somit blieb uns nichts anderes ĂŒbrig, als die Parkscheibe oder Parkuhr tagsĂŒber immer um 2 h zu verlĂ€ngern. Gerne wĂ€ren wir mit dem Boot nach Saint-Malo gefahren, aufgrund der Parkplatzsituation sind wir dann doch mit unserem PKW gefahren. Der Check-in mit dem freundlichen Besitzer war nur auf französisch möglich. Der Check-out mit der ebenfalls freundlichen Besitzerin klappte mit ein bisschen englisch deutlich leichter und einfacher.

Wir sind langjĂ€hrige Dinard-Reisende. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gĂŒnstig zu allen GeschĂ€ften und zum Strand. Sie ist gemĂŒtlich und hell und war sauber. Das Minus sind: Betten leider nur 1.40 m breit, sehr kleines En-Suite Badezimmer und der Treppenaufgang (2. Etage, ohne Aufzug bei sehr enger Treppe, teilweise GeruchsbelĂ€stigungen). Überaus freundlicher und zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

La location est parfaitement situĂ©e, la rue est calme avec notamment l’une des chambres qui donne cĂŽtĂ© rue, on y dort sans trop de bruits en pleine saison (semaine du 15 aoĂ»t). La dĂ©coration de l’appartement le rend chaleureux.
