Logement propre à notre arrivée mais très vieillot et qui a besoin d'une rénovation, notamment le changement du soi disant clic clac avec une assise minimaliste. Chaises pliantes de la cuisine à proscrire et literie à améliorer. Logement très bruyant situé à proximité d'une rue passagère et à côté d un stop donc impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes sans compter les reveils matinaux par le logement au dessus qui faisait trembler le plafond.Stationnement très très difficile qui nous a obligé de stationner à plusieurs centaines de mètres du logement et faire tout à pied. Des photos du bâtiment et des parties communes seraient souhaitables afin de ne pas être surpris à l'arrivée.

Un appartement fonctionnel très très bien situé, dans une petite rue tranquille à 2 pas des rues commerçantes et de la fameuse promenade du Clair de Lune. On peut tout faire à pieds. Nous remercions le propriétaire pour ses conseils et aussi pour sa gentillesse lors de notre problème de train de retour. Et Dinard est vraiment très agréable!

C'était pas super luxueux mais joli et agréable et il y avait tout ce qu'il faut à un prix modéré.

On était dans ce coin la première fois et bien placé pour tout connaître en deux semaines. Malgré le temps pluvieux on avait pu visiter de belles choses autour, il y avait tout pour se sentir à l'aise ! Le propriétaire etait gentil, informatif et pas compliqué.
