This villa is located in the countryside 1 km from the center of the village of Dieulefit, in DrÎme Provençale.
It was renovated in 2019 and has a large living room which includes a living room, a dining room and a kitchen open to the living room.
You will find in the kitchen a lot of equipment (Nespresso coffee machine, food processor, microwave oven, ice maker ..)
The first bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with a bunk bed and a 140 cm sofa bed that can accommodate up to 4 people.
The second bedroom, upstairs, is equipped with a 160 cm bed and can accommodate 2 people.

The bathroom has a double sink, a shower and a bathtub.
The toilets are separate, this house also has a laundry room.
Each window of the house overlooks nature
 
you can enjoy with family or friends its vast outdoor area of 2500 m2 surrounded by nature, it has a large terrace with dining area and deckchair

A children's play area is also present on the ground.
You also get a breathtaking view of nature and the mountains.

La Rochette, Dieulefit - Superbe

Stayed for 6 nights. Location is excellent for outdoor living. Beautiful views, quiet location and a very relaxing and interesting area. Dieulefit is a lovely unspoilt friendly village. Madame Remillet is very friendly and helpful. All in all a great place to stay.

Nous avons passĂ© deux semaines dans la villa Ă  Dieulefit.La maison Ă©tait trĂšs propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Il y avait tout ce dont on a besoin : on peut facilement cuisiner soi-mĂȘme, avec plus qu’assez de vaisselle et d’ustensiles. Les photos de l’annonce correspondent exactement Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ© ! Parfait.L’hĂŽte et le propriĂ©taire Ă©taient trĂšs sympathiques et toujours disponibles pour rĂ©pondre aux questions. TrĂšs aimables et compĂ©tents.Les commerces sont tout proches et accessibles Ă  pied. Le marchĂ© de Dieulefit vaut une visite, on y trouve des produits trĂšs frais.Le jardin avec vue sur les montagnes est superbe et invite Ă  se dĂ©tendre tranquillement.On peut faire de trĂšs belles randonnĂ©es dans les environs. Cette maison est agrĂ©able et parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e. On s'y sent rapidement chez soi. Elle est trĂšs bien situĂ©e pour tous les dĂ©parts de visites aux alentours. Elle est Ă©galement placĂ©e assez loin du village pour la tranquillitĂ© mais assez prĂšs pour s'y rendre pour les courses, les achats divers, les restaurants... Ruim vakantiehuis met mooi uitzicht

Luxe, ruim modern huis, waarin alles aanwezig was. Fijne tuin op het Zuiden met mooi uitzicht. In communicatie met de verhuurder ging het mis i.v.m. overdracht van de woningsleutel. Helaas alleen via de email contact gehad met de verhuurder. Tip: een losse fauteuil voor de oudere mens zou fijn zijn. De styling qua kunst was top in orde.

Bon Rbnb

C'est un bon Rbnb trĂšs adaptable. Il y a peu de lacunes, c'est confortable, bien Ă©quipĂ© (mĂȘme si j'ai notĂ© qu'il n'y avait pas (pour le moment?) de clim, bien que nous sommes restĂ© juste avant les grosses chaleurs). Les propriĂ©taires se sont donnĂ©s du mal pour crĂ©er un lieu agrĂ©able, et mĂȘme si ça n'a pas les ondes d'une maison de famille mais plus d'une maison construite pour ĂȘtre un Rbnb, c'est rĂ©ussi.

Ein schönes Haus in grĂŒner Natur!

Die Betreuung war optimal! Auf der Toilette fehlt die EntlĂŒftung. Im Schlafzimmer fehlt ein Kleiderschrank. FĂŒr 2 Personen mit 2 kl. Kindern ideal. FĂŒr 6 erw. Personen nicht geeignet. FĂŒr einen lĂ€ngeren Aufenthalt (3 Wo.) fehlt der Abstellraum fĂŒr das ReisegepĂ€ck! Der Raum ist vorhanden, er muss aufgerĂ€umt und somit auch Platz geschaffen werden! Der Sonnenschutz ĂŒber dem Terrassenplatz ist erneuerungsbedĂŒrftig! Ansonsten sind die Besitzer und der Verwalter sehr kompetente und hilfsbereite Personen!

Nous avons passé deux semaines en Septembre dans ce gßte, trÚs fonctionnel. Facile d'accÚs, à une dizaine de minutes à pied du Super U et une quinzaine du centre ville, et commerces; une belle vue bien dégagée, et une environnement calme et agréable. Gßte à recommander.
