I guess I have been spoiled by the all inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and Mexico. The resort staff are very helpful and friendly to guest, however the front desk staff needs training on customer relations. I had a problem with the room safe not working and spoke to the front desk. They told me the bell boy will take care of it. The bell boy came and looked at the safe and determined the batteries are dead. He asked me to wait while he went for new batteries. After an hour wait he did not show up and I went down to the beach. O went to the front desk and spoke to the night manager and he said he will take care of it. I ask on instructions on how to operate the safe and was told the bell boy is the only one with that information and he has gone for the day. He said he will get him over when he gets back in the next day. I am still waiting for the bell boy to show up. The food was good but it seems to be recycled from lunch to dinner and back. Other than the one incident with the room safe I had a good stay. I did not use the pool as the water was freezing at 68 degrees. The beach was the same temperature so I stayed out of the water there also. There were lots of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. It would be nice if the resort partners with transportation to get guests to and from the airport. We did not see that option when reserving our stay there. Night time entertainment was lacking.

Lack of hospitality and flexibility.

We had coordinated with another couple to drop by our hotel so that they could both see the hotel and we could greet each other before they went on to their final destination in Bodrum. But instead of a good experience, we were almost treated like criminals and escorted out by the hotel guard. The hotel's policy is apparently that only guests of the hotel are allowed in the hotel area. We tried to explain in the best way possible that the couple would be leaving in 1 hour and we would just give them a tour if they also wanted to book the hotel another time. But there was no understanding and the 5-10 minutes they waited in front of the reception they were monitored and subsequently escorted out. Instead, we had a good day in Akbük but I have never experienced such a lack of understanding and inhospitality at any hotel. They have now lost both us and our entire circle of friends as potential guests in the future.

Tavsiye etmiyorum

OTELDE TEMİZLİK YOK DENECEK KADAR AZ, ODAYA BİZ GİDENE KADAR KİMSE GELMEDİ. TEMİZLİK GÖREVLİLERİNİ TAKİP EDİP ODAYA HAVLUYU BİZ ALDIK. SİNEK ÇOK, SİNEK İLACINIZLA GELİN. YEMEKLERDE SIKINTI YOK SABAHLARI DENİZİ GÜZEL PLAJI KUM AMA DENİZE OTEL KİRLİ SUYUNU VERİYOR DİYE ŞİKAYET VAR. FİYAT PERFORMANS OTELİ

Ailecek kalmak için ideal

Odaların temizliği mükemmel, otel çok güzel ve bakımlı, yemekler orta, havuz temiz, personel kibar, fakat çok garson olmasına rağmen masalar silinmiyor. Havuzun ordaki tuvalet berbat, düzenli kontrol edilmesi gerek.
