The highlight feature of this home is it's location. We are at the end of a quiet road with amazing nature in the backyard. The morning sunrise over the bay is breathtaking, birds fly by all day, fish are jumping, & sometimes you might see the occasional dolphins playing around.

Please clean the BBQ (remove any food/ashes) if you used it. Our cleaner charges an extra $50 if she has to clean it.
Before Departing - Please turn up the AC to 76 in the summer; Turn the heat down to 68 in the winter
Please make sure to leave the towels. Any missing or damaged towel will incur a $10 replacement fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Awesome spot on the bay

We really enjoyed this beautiful property. The overall area had quite a bit of damage years ago from Hurricane Ike and the properties on this street all look to be new builds since then, or really nicely redone. So it’s a nice area and was quiet. We enjoyed the bay views, watching the pelicans and herons fishing. The kitchen is big and has everything you’d need. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The owner recently replaced the window units in the downstairs sleeping area and our night owl daughter enjoyed having her own space. We’re thankful the owner shared this special space with us.

3rd bedroom was bad

The upstairs part of the home was nice, but the "3rd bedroom" was very poor. The individual A/C in that room could not keep it comfortably cool and it smelled like mold. It actually had mildew or mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. No chairs for sitting, no drawers for clothes. Bathroom had no counter space. Just inconvenient. The location was pretty good except that we couldn't go outside without the neighboring dog barking most of the time.

Very beautiful

Colleen was the sweetest host ever and was very responsive. The house was clean but there were a few faults, such as a crack in one of the walls in the rooms and a few dirty utensils. Overall, Colleen was perfect and is willing to accommodate/ bring you any missing items.
