The house has a garden view, and is composed of a living room with a kitchenette where there is a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a garden.

The context is wonderful for a relaxing holiday in the quiet of the countryside but with the possibility of taking advantage of the beautiful sandy beaches found in Diano Marina, San Bartolomeo, Andora, etc. The proximity to the sea (10 minutes by car) makes it excellent as a strategic point for a holiday.

The area of the house and all the outdoor spaces are fenced and a fence was placed around the entire perimeter of the fence to protect small children and animals from accidental falls below. The car park is adjacent to the house, very comfortable and fenced. A new children's playground is shared with the other holiday home. It consists of 2 slides, 2 swings and a trampoline.
