We loved this guesthouse. Staff are all pleasant and helpful. Only 9 rooms so perfect for a small and calm Getaway on a local Maldivian island. Marlen was helpful and pleasant with great communication before hand about speedboats. Pick up and drop off to the speedboat were seamless. We appreciated being asked if we wanted the room to be cleaned each day as more often than not we were ok. The location is what is stand out for this hotel. As far as I can gather not many have a private beach that the room with sea view open out onto. Even though most are very close, the proximity to the sea was what we were after. Breakfast is simple but fine. Some variation but we were ok with that.

We travel quite a lot. I honestly can’t understand how this place has received such high ratings; it must be because of the staff, who were exceptionally friendly. Unfortunately, the bathroom smelled strongly of mold, and the towels were covered in stains. We checked out the next day, even though we had booked three nights. Thankfully, we found better options elsewhere on the island.
