1) The front desk staff is very hostile and unwilling to accommodate even when being in the wrong 2) we were told we had to exchange rooms for a smaller room after the first night when we paid for a 4-night stay in a large room because they overbooked 3) there is a very real mice problem, climbing curtains and all 4) we left after the first night because we felt our safety was compromised
