Staff was friendly and helpful very welcoming. The room seems clean on surface level but the longer you look the more you notice the mold in the toilet bowl and later at night when taking a midnight bathroom trip you have little German cockroaches saying hello

Staff was friendly and location is great. Our only issue with the room was the cleanliness. Carpets still had stuff on them and the countertop for the sink had beard trimmings from a previous guest. Otherwise a good overnight location.

The Hotel is outdated..we traveled for a funeral and upon check in the were 2 incedental charges not mentioned when I made reservation..$50.deposit and a 15 dollar for checking in 1 hr early I did not remember the time change. Also they double charged the deposit.

Kathleen and Dawn are doing an amazing job! The room was spotless and well stocked with extra towels and blankets didn't have to ask(above and beyond!) I was debating on pushing through my trip and I am glad I didn't. The pool and hot tub were amazing and while other reviews have mentioned the hotel it self has worn out furniture ECT this was the cleanest and most warm welcome to our house I have had and kind!!! It pays to be kind in my opinion! I will be back hands down !
