This wonderful 1st floor beautifully updated condo, freshly painted throughout. Features 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds, living/dining area (Brand new queen sleeper sofa). We supply pillows, quilts/bedspreads, mattress pads. All of which are changed out regularly. Some paper pruducts are provided. Bathroom has stall shower & stackable washer & dryer. Fully equipped kitchen w/ service for 6 & many extras. Enclosed porch overlooks courtyard. Exterior has gas grills, 2 outdoor showers, tables and chairs. 1 parking spot out front & 1 parking permit will be provided. Just a few houses away from the beautiful beach, walking distance to many restaurants , pubs & the Jolly Trolley stop. Great place to get away! Read our reviews!! We take so much pride in this unit. It is clean from top to bottom. Open year round!! Available weekly or long week-end rentals. 3 night minimum. Smoke Free Complex & Pet Free Unit! The owners/host were amazing to work with. The condo is adorable, just right for two adult couples. The location was excellent, super close to the beach as well as restaurants and stores. We truly appreciate all the personal touches, such as the extra parking pass, and the condo being well stocked.
