ONLY 1.5 blocks to the beach and steps to the bay with plenty of parking. Located in the heart of Dewey Beach on a quiet street across from the community park and a short walk to the marina and many of the famous Dewey restaurants and bars. Want to spend some time in Rehoboth Beach and enjoy the boardwalk, amusement rides, games, shopping and awesome restaurants? The jolly Trolley stop, a short block from the house, will take you to Rehoboth and drop you off at the stop of your choice. No need to worry about parking. Our home offers plenty of parking. Once you arrive feel free to park your car for the week and walk to many of the amenities Dewey Beach has to offer. Our newly built home sleeps 17 and features an open kitchen, dining and great room along with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, a pool, hot tub, outdoor shower and an awesome rooftop deck with loft for entertaining and fabulous views of the bay and the ocean.
