The space



This private, self-contained granny flat is attached to the main residence while offering its own separate living space and guest access.



The light-filled living and dining area includes comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV and a dining table that can also double as a workspace. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster – ideal for breakfast, snacks and simple meals.



Sliding doors open directly to the garden, giving the space a peaceful outlook and plenty of natural light.

The separate bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, fresh quality linen, warm lighting and a ceiling fan. Guests also have their own private bathroom with shower and vanity.

The backyard is shared with the main residence; however, a fence provides separation between the guest area and the main house yard.

The kitchenette is designed for light meal preparation and includes a microwave, mini-fridge, kettle and toaster. There is no oven or stovetop.
