Chris and lovely were super host . Excellent location to valley of rocks . Amazing breakfast especially fresh fruit salad !! Only downside was the bed linen and towels would have liked it to be changed as stayed for 5 nights .

Very comfortable Guest House close to Lynton town.

The Denes is a very clean, comfortable Guest House close to Lynton Town. Facilities are excellent and food is delicious. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

Lovely stay at the Denes ... Lovely couple and lovely breakfast . Clean comfortable and peaceful , we were in the 'Pines' room and were very happy , loved the little added touch of a chocolate on the pillow on arrival . Great selection of tea,coffee etc and biscuits . John and Susan have made this B and B a stay from home very enjoyable . Would not hesitate to return if in the area again .

A very impressive B & B

This would have to be the cleanest and tidest B &B in the UK. We were greeted by the hosts and were offered tea and coffee with a nice cake. We was really impressed with the property and would strongly recommend it to any traveller. Being Australian it was big bonus seeing Vegimite on the condiment table. Thank you for a lovely stay and the suggestions you gave us for dinner and sightseeing.

Great place to stay to discover Lynton / Exmoor

John was very helpful and gave some great tips on where to go in the area, and where to eat. The guest house is located in a very special spot, on the edge of the town of Lynton, really close to the Valley of Rocks. The room was very clean and comfortable.
