I had it for 3 days 2nights we only stayed 1night 3of the room beds was regular one was hard like a box no TV’s in the rooms (not a problem) the living room was the meeting place HOWEVER the heat didn’t work in there and it was the coldest weekend in Detroit..it would be great for the summer
