I brought my daughter and her friends for an overnight to enjoy a sleepover with swimming. The staff was friendly and let the girls have fun, so that experience was great! I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness. The mattresses had significant stains on them, the carpet had visible spills that were hard/crunchy, the pool chemicals were so strong we only enjoyed it for 45 minutes before the girls were coughing and gagging and not wanting to swim any longer. The pull out sofa did not have any bedding and the mattress was very thin. Lastly, when the girls had the complimentary breakfast their milk cartons were "chunky".

This was a horrible stay. We were there to celebrate our anniversary and we left the hotel at 10:45 at night because it was so bad. It sounded like they were filming a porno next door, upstairs people were jumping and yelling, and someone was doing donuts in the snow under our room. I went to the front desk and was told no one else was complaining so i handed them my key and walked out. It was horrible and I can't believe we were still charged the full amount.

Lots wrong

Has potential but needs new owners or management. Heater broke at some point during the night and we froze all night. Pool was ice cold and no pool towels in the area. Pull out couch bedding was not in the room. We went to the front desk for it and was told housekeeping hadnt left any pillows for them, so all they gave us was a blanket. Toilet filled forever and had trouble flushing.
