I booked the trip for 5 people. My room said that I'd have 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. However there was no sofa bed. It had been booked as only 2 queen beds.

The hotel served the purpose intended. The check in clerk was not very attentive to the front desk. But James, at the desk when we checked out was very attentive and friendly. James was very helpful in helping me when we found out that we had left our keys in the room (the next day). James secured the keys until we had them picked up.
