False info on booking

When I booked my room for 5 individuals, the booking stated 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. There was no sofa bed and when we checked in and asked, the person at desk stated that 5 people could sleep in 2 beds. Ridiculous and worst night of sleep. None of the bed with 3 slept.

The cleaning staff was eating breakfast with the guests. I have no issues with that, i feel they should be allowed to eat. However, they were talking about rooms theyve cleaned etc, things i dont want to be hearing while im trying to make my breakfast.
