From the very beginning was horrible. I pre-booked my room (2 queen beds) on Hotels.com weeks in advanced, Upon arriving at the hotel for check in, I was advised that my room was no longer available and they only have a queen room available with sofa bed. I explained my room was paid for as I booked 2 beds and they said they do not have it available. Upon going up to the room given to me (1 king bed and sofa) the sofa bed was stained beyond crazy and they provided no sheets, pillow or blankets for 3 people (for the sofa bed). I went back down to the reception and explained this isn't going to work and the springs are popping out of the bed. They needed to either find a room with 2 queen beds or give me 2 rooms with king beds. They said there was 1 room (#340) they is showing "not rentable" in his system but he will check it out. He went up to the room and came back down and said he will give me this room. Upon arriving to the room, all you could smell is bleach, which leads me to believe they were seriously "covering" something up that happened in this room. We could not sleep and could not breath from the strong bleach smell and it made everyone sick to our stomachs. We opened the window and when i smelt my mattress the bleach smell was so strong. This has been the WORST experience I have had in a hotel. I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel and horrible service to anyone.

When I arrived, the room was not ready. Hostess, it hung up on me when I said, can I change rooms? Then I had someone try to come in to my room because they were assigned in my same room and also there is a sign that says we are not responsible for your anything that is left in your room.

We came here after a horrid Airbnb. This place was clean, had a hot tub in our room and was way cheaper than the Airbnb. Dawn at the front desk was a joy to work with from checkin in to me messing up a online extension to our reservation. Lol she fixed everything for us. Rooms had everything we needed, breakfast was served hot every morning. Couldnt have asked for anything better. We will be staying there next year for sure.

Place was filthy, bugs in the hallway lights. Not like just one or two. Toilet barely flushed. People playing music loud as ever. I was on the third floor and the bass was felt and it was around midnight. Never again.

AVOID

Avoid at all cost. Property is filthy, and room was disgusting, stained sheets, stained shower, stained carpet, chunks coming off the walls, the button on the tub had this blackish grey moldy gunk. There were no towels or toilet paper in the room, and when I called the front desk for towels I was told I would have to walk down because it was last 5pm and they don't do that. Cancelled the rest of my booking and went to another hotel.
