This was a great stay. Our room was nice, everything in the room was very nice. The only thing I didn't like was the walk it was very long and I am handicapped so it was a bit long for me but everything else was terrific

Dont expect much, every ac had mold, the curtains by the ac had mold spots, the hot tub didnt work, we had to get the room towels from the front desk. Overall it just looked as if no one cared and did yhe least amount of effort required.

After my 1st night stay the rest of my experience was HORRIBLE... The gentlemen at front desk from day 2 until i left let a group of over 8 minors be unattended in the pool, and went back and forth with me upon initial complaint of the hazard of this and even after I took a picture of the rules in the pool to show him this was not safe. HE did not want to give me sheets after I explained that I extended my stay and had my mother staying the rest and needed clean sheets. He said that couldn't guarantee. He could not seem to make my key correctly the first time and i had to come back for another halfway through every day u til i left. I was in room 244 so everyday I had to inconvenience myself and go all the way to get it redone while carrying a ton of bags alone each time.

This place is not kept up great. Our room was clean but the curtains had tears and it hung over the air conditioner vents. Breakfast area had flies and gnats. The employee who was supposed to refill the food sat in the corner on her phone

9/10- Great stay at this Comfort Inn and Suites. Breakfast was hot and decent, with waffles, yogurt and fruit. Coffee/tea around the clock. Pool was nice, though hot tub was down. The rooms are older. Be prepared to flush the toilet a few times if you do a #2 (TMI I know!) lol Great vibes overall. We would definitely stay again.

The room was not as clean as I expected. There was dust on the bedside lamps and tables. The shampoo container was empty. There were also stains on the mattress sheets. Overall, the hallways, elevators, and common areas were not clean enough to feel comfortable.

Dirty and not as safe feeling

We were disappointed right from coming to our room. We were given the wrong room # and we had all our bags and didn’t want to go back to the desk then we tried the next door room and the key worked. Not a great start also the security lock was missing half of it so I didn’t feel as safe. The carpets are filthy and stained and would not walk on them within shoes or socks. I did think the eggs for breakfast were good.

We were informed when we walked in that there was no more available bathroom Linen. The first room the door lock did not work. We asked to be moved. In the second room there were spiders and roaches in our room Terrible. And I was double charged and argued with about the charges for the stay and fees. Limiting my available funds for my vacation. Overall my stay was tolerable not pleasant. Would not recommend or return to that location in the future.

Room was fairly clean but unstocked- no towels, no conditioner, only 1 soap bar for shower/none for the sink Booked the hotel under impression that there was a hot tub, there was only a pool which looked cloudy/not super clean and did not have any towels available for use despite shelving for them A lot of people hanging out outside, had to wait to even pull into the driveway to park since there were so many people just hanging out at the entrance, kind of strange Continental breakfast was very good, included waffles, sausage and eggs; pleasantly suprised by that
