The staff was friendly and accommodating. For a place like Trinidad where decent and civil customer service is a foreign and unknown concept; Hyatt's service makes you feel like they're happy to have and accommodate you. This was our second time there as a family and it's solely because of that; and we'll be back for sure.
Adanna (I might have her name wrong) who serves guests during the breakfast/brunch hours is truly a delight. This is the second time meeting her and her work ethics and jovial personality remain in tack. I hope she's well rewarded for that. Luke, we met for the first time and was also a gem. He inquired on our stay and asked us to review the hotel and the staff we came in contact with, so that they can continuously improve. Breakfast is always fun and lovely. We honestly refused to leave the hotel and had all our scrumptious meal onsite.
